    Key responsibilities:

    • Lead and grow a high-performing sales and clinical team across the Southeast U.S.
    • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to drive adoption of Synaptic’s electrophysiology product portfolio.
    • Build strong relationships with EP physicians, healthcare providers, and key industry stakeholders.
    • Deliver on revenue goals through targeted sales execution and team development.
    • Provide regular forecasting, planning, and business updates to align with corporate objectives.
    • Design and oversee robust onboarding and training programs for new team members.
    • Stay informed on competitive activity, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize performance.
    • Represent and uphold the Synaptic brand across all touchpoints.

    What we are looking for:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • 5-7+ years of commercial leadership experience in the medical device industry, ideally in electrophysiology.
    • Proven track record of launching and scaling products in the U.S. market.
    • Deep existing relationships and credibility within the EP community.
    • Exceptional communication, coaching, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
