Key responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a high-performing sales and clinical team across the Southeast U.S.
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to drive adoption of Synaptic’s electrophysiology product portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with EP physicians, healthcare providers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Deliver on revenue goals through targeted sales execution and team development.
- Provide regular forecasting, planning, and business updates to align with corporate objectives.
- Design and oversee robust onboarding and training programs for new team members.
- Stay informed on competitive activity, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize performance.
- Represent and uphold the Synaptic brand across all touchpoints.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-7+ years of commercial leadership experience in the medical device industry, ideally in electrophysiology.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling products in the U.S. market.
- Deep existing relationships and credibility within the EP community.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
