    Key responsibilities:

    • Provide in-lab clinical support for electrophysiology procedures, ensuring optimal product usage and troubleshooting as needed
    • Serve as a trusted clinical resource for physicians, nurses, and technicians, offering guidance on procedural workflow and product application
    • Conduct product training and education for new and existing accounts
    • Partner with the sales team to identify new opportunities for product adoption and support evaluations
    • Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge of cardiac electrophysiology, ablation, mapping, and related procedures
    • Gather and share procedural insights with the internal team to drive product improvements and customer satisfaction
    • Manage a demanding travel schedule to provide case coverage across multiple territories
    • Other duties as assigned

    What we are looking for:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, healthcare, or related field preferred
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in cardiac EP, Cath Lab, or EP medical device clinical support (EP experience required)
    • Ability to travel extensively, including overnight and on short notice (up to 80-90%)
    • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
    • Demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure clinical settings
    • You’re the “go-to” resource in the lab – trusted, prepared, and calm under pressure
    • Physicians and staff request you by name for case coverage
    • You proactively identify and resolve challenges before they impact the procedure
    • Your presence consistently drives product confidence, adoption, and procedural success
